No account manager layer between you and the people writing the code. The person who scopes your project is the person who delivers it.
How the work actually divides
A project here does not pass between departments. Scoping, engineering and selling sit with the same people, and they are all on the project from the first conversation to the last deploy.
That matters most at the two ends. The commercial answer and the technical answer get made together, so nothing is promised in a quote that engineering has not already costed. And when something has to change scope mid-build, the person who agreed to it is the person who re-costs it.
Delivery runs on weekly drops rather than a single hand-off at the end, so the same people watch the same progress. There is no status call to make because there is no separate team making the status.
